Anastásia Laukkanen
Festival Ecocup, Rússia
Anastasia Laukkanen is the founder and director of the ECOCUP International Green Documentary Film Festival in Moscow and other Russian cities since 2010. This festival brings environmental documentaries for Russia, as well as filmmakers and environmental professionals from around the world for the first time.
In 2016, in the same team of the festival, founded and programmed Love.Doc - first festival of documentaries about love.
Anastasia has a degree in journalism and has just received a master's degree in strategic leadership for sustainability in Sweden. Lives between Moscow and Istanbul.

Nuno Barros
Biólogo, Portugal
Graduated in Biology, by the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, in 1996, he has always been connected, for the most part of his professional life, to Environment and Sustainability.
After having started to work on management of fish populations, he joined Lipor where he began his career in the area of Education and Environmental Awareness.
Later he created and coordinated Lipor's Sustainability Office, implementing Local Agenda 21 projects, Sustainability projects and projects in the area of Social Responsibility, namely the implementation of the SA8000 standard.
He was a professor at the Escola Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias da Saúde, at the Polytechnic of Porto, where he taught Waste Management.
He spent four years in the United States where he worked in the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston in the areas of training, educational support and visitor assistance. He returned to Lipor in 2014, currently integrating the Communication, Marketing and Sustainability Unit, where he is responsible for the management of internal and external communication media.

Vítor Roque
Professor Universitário, Portugal
Doctor in Information and Communication, he is a professor at the School of Tourism and Hospitality of the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda. Its main hobbies are, cinema, photography, moto-tourism and diving. He has published two books in the area of photography, Colors in the City - Azulejaria de Santa Maria de Belém (2012) and PAR- Património Azulejar Religioso na Diocese da Guarda (2015) and also participated in, Colors in the City - Azulejaria de Alcântara (2013).

Moema Silva
Jornalista, Portugal
Born in Rio de Janeiro, daughter of Lisbon parents, Moema Silva has always shared her life between Brazil and Portugal. Journalist for more than 35 years, wrote to several newspapers of reference in our country, such as "Se7e", "Diário de Notícias", "O Jornal", "Jornal de Letras" and "Expresso". She was the founder of "Caras" and "TVMais" magazines and collaborates with the award-winning Up Magazine (TAP onboard magazine).. Signs the "Coluna da Moema", several years ago, a space of publicity and opinion, currently based on Facebook. Especially focused on the Luso-Brazilian exchange, she was part of the Luso-Brazilian Foundation for the Development of the Portuguese Language in the world, and she is a member of the Mares Navegados Association and the Portuguese Language House.

Valéria Burke
Festival Filmambiente, Brasil
Valeria Burke, is a member of the Direction of Filmambiente, of Rio de Janeiro, is a producer, researcher and assistant of audiovisual direction. From the beginning of his career he developed a strong affinity and accumulated experience in projects related to environmental and sustainability issues. He has worked in the Expediciones Series (TV Brasil), filming many times in the Amazon and other regions of Brazil with this and other teams, including international. Valeria graduated with a Gaia Education / Unesco Certified Facilitator in Scotland in 2017 and completed a Master of Science in Sciences from the University of Edinburgh in 2018 in the Global Challenges for Environment, Development and Health.

José Riço Direitinho
Jornalista, Portugal
José Rico Direitinho was born in Lisbon in 1965. He studied Agronomy (in the specialty of Rural Sociology), but soon devoted himself to literature. He has published six books - three novels and three short story books. His latest novel, "The Dark One That Illuminates You (Quetzal), was published this year." His works have been translated into several languages, he has collaborated in several newspapers and magazines and is currently writing literary criticism in PUBLIC and in LER magazine.
YOUTH PANEL OF JUDGES

Carla Lameiras
Carla Lameiras was born in Caria in 1985. She holds a Degree in Artistic Studies, 2010 (Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra). She was the Cultural Dynamizer of the Choices Program. In the Pro-arts Association of Sines she performed production and monitoring functions in the educational project of the Arts School of the Alentejo Coast. Currently she is the Coordinator of the Educational Service of the Museums of Belmonte.

Cristiana Cabral
Cristiana Pinto Cabral, a student of the 3rd year of the Communication and Public Relations course at the IPG, is currently completing a curricular internship in the Municipality of Celorico da Beira, which invited her to join the CineEco youth jury, to which she welcomed with great satisfaction the opportunity to participate in an initiative of recognized cultural value, as well as the possibility of enriching his knowledge on the cinematographic area and also benefiting from multicultural contact with the actors of the initiative and establishing with them the same excellent interpersonal relations.

David Ferro
David Ferro is 33 years old, was born in Sabugal (Guarda). He is passionate about the arts: drawing, music, photography and video. He is currently a photographer and videographer.

Hugo Mata
Hugo Filipe Correia Mata was born in 1996, he is 22 years old and he is from Pinhel where he lives with his parents. He is an Associate in Psd and in the Jsd of Pinhel, studied in the grouping of School of Pinhel until the 12th year where he also comprised of the Association of Students and the Commission of Finalists. Concluded this year at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda a course of Professional Higher Technician in Communication, Protocol and Event Organization. In the free time likes and practices DJ, plays football among the other things. He is cheerful ,fun and determined worker.

João Ribeiro
Joao Nuno Ribeiro, 30years old, a civil engineer from Gouveia, has been part of GO Romaria - Associação Cultural Gouveense since its foundation in 2015, and has participated actively in the evolution of the “projeto Romaria Cultural” , which annually revitalizes the region with a multidisciplinary cultural weekend. Initially entering into the creative discussion and with a more focused responsibility for the coordination of the activities related to the exhibitions and the cinema, he took advantage of the latter's passion for this art, having provided that Cine-Eco presented some cinematographic choices of previous editions of the Festival in an open-air movie session in July this year.

Manuel Rainha Monteiro
Manuel Leitão Dinis Rainha Monteiro was born on October 5, 2000 in Covilhã, where he completed his primary and secondary school education. He is interested in the visual arts and in 2016 he completed his first short. In 2017 he participated actively in the UBICinema festival, where he participated in an art direction workshop and was part of the Shortcutz Covilhã jury. In 2018 he organized the event "Pleasures of a normal man", in which he moderated a talk about the film "Control" by Anton Corbijn and the entire musical universe of the 80s. He completed an online photography course through Michigan State University. He is currently involved in a short film, "15 minutos de fama", with the director Luis Batista, organized by the Beira Serra association, within the framework of a prevention project in a school context. He recently joined higher education in the Computer Engineering and Computers course at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.

Margarida Madeira
Margarida Madeira is 18 years old, a native of Guarda and a first year student of Cinema degree at the Superior School of Theater and Cinema of Lisbon. Although she had never been present in any of the festival's editions in Seia, she was aware of the CineEco festival through his partnership with Guarda Municipal Theater, for her keen interest and presence in the artistic and cultural initiatives in the region.

Miguel Gomes
Miguel Ângelo Ramos Gomes, works as Technical Assistant in the Municipality of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, where he lives. Born on December 23, 1995, completed his 12th grade in the County School Grouping, where he completed the course in Management Computing Technician in 2013. At this moment, among other functions, he performs technical accompaniment of the Cinema in the Auditorium of the House of Culture of Figueira.

Miguel Moreira
Miguel Moreira is 27 years old, grew up in Seia and currently lives in Viseu. He holds a master's degree in Cinema from the University of Beira Interior and finished his studies in the year 2014. He is passionate about the classic Hollywood cinema and writes monthly on the subject for the newspaper O Interior since September 2015. He has also participated in some focused international conferences in the 7th Art, as is the case of the VIII Annual Meeting of the Association of Motion Picture Researchers (AIM), where he presented the communication "The Heiress of the contradiction: Olivia de Havilland and the divergence between her cinematic image and her life outside of the screen "(May 2018).

Nádia Carvalho Abale
Nádia was born on April 17, 2001 in São Tomé e Príncipe and currently lives in Trancoso, (Guarda). When she was 15 years old, she was named the best student of the National Lyceum in her country, where she had the opportunity to study abroad, namely in Portugal. Currently attending the 3rd year of the Professional Course of Tourism Technician of the Professional School of Trancoso.

Rita Saraiva
Natural of the municipality of Seia. Master in Archeology, from University of Porto. She develops her professional activity in the areas related to Heritage and Culture, particularly with regard to the dynamization of patrimonial assets, in a perspective of recovery and preservation the identity and the memory, local and regional. she integrates diverse networks and projects of local and regional scope, oriented to the preservation and valorization of the natural and cultural patrimony.

Rodrigo Costa
Rodrigo Samuel da Silva Costa, was born in 1993 in Fornos de Algodres. His strong connection to this village of the Guarda District, where he studied, works and lives, makes him connected to several institutions and associations in his region. Since the arts are not their way of life, they are a self-confessed admirer of the various forms of artistic expression, with the interior and society as their favorite subjects. He belongs to the Board of Assembly of the Sports Association of Fornos de Algodres and is the coordinator of a group of local solidarity.

Rodrigo Pinto
Rodrigo Pinto is 19 years old, is a student of the second year of his degree in Cinema at the University of Beira Interior. He enjoys exploring all the cinematographic areas, having been a production assistant in the projects "O Desassalto" and "Guardiã de Jasmim" However, it is in the realization that he sees his greatest interest, having been an assistant in this area in the final projects of licenciatura "Corpo" and "Teus Braços, Minhas Ondas".

Verónica Calheiros
Verónica Calheiros, was born in Guarda in 1991. Graduated in 2012 by the Superior School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha in Fine Arts. The master's degree in plastic arts was completed in 2014 by the same school. Joined the collective Rua do Sol 172 from 2015 to 2017.
