The year is 2100. After the human population has abandoned the Earth due to a series of climatic changes that have made the planet uninhabitable, a group of marine animals leads a quiet life in the deepest areas of the seas. Among them are Deep, a young octopus; Evo, an awkward monkfish; and Alice, a female shrimp always with something to say. When the three little ones decide to break the rules of adults and peer into the world beyond the boundaries of what they have always known, they find themselves in such great trouble that they will test not only their courage but also the friendship that unites them.

Fourteen years after the first adventure, we witnessed the return of the Parr family. In the sequel to "The Incredibles", it is the mother, Helen, also known as the Elasticgirl, who takes the lead, while the father stays at home. After they failed to account for the assault on the Metroville Bank in the previous film, the police decided to close the superhero relocation program. They are forced to live permanently in a secret identity and, in the case of the Parr family, they will have to move to a motel. Then, one day, the director of a telecommunications company decides to summon superheroes for publicity, to restore credibility among the population. Meanwhile, Elasticgirl is called for a mission against a new villain who invades screens to control viewers. When she finally manages to defeat him, she realizes that there is someone behind him who wants to make superhero status illegal. Fortunately, she has the help of Mr. Incredible to fight the villains and dismantle this conspiracy. And by their side will be their children - Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack, who now discovers that he has superpowers - as well as his friend, Frozone.
